Me and My Fire Truck

Aaron's Aunt Hilary gave this fire truck to him for Christmas. He loves to play with it and store toys in the seat compartment. He has gotten big enough to sit on it and use his feet to push himself along the floor. He only goes backwards for now, but I could not believe how big he looked on it! As you can see, he is all smiles. Each day, we thank God for blessing us with our amazing son!

Aaron's First Big Boy Meal

As I said in my previous blog, Aaron still does not have any teeth, but that has not stopped him from eating everything. Tonight was the first night that he ate all table food!!! He had green beans, which he loves, and pasta! He did so good picking it up and gumming it. I know I say it all the time, but our little man is getting SO BIG!

Aaron is 9 Months Old!

Our little guy is 9 months old! Can you beleive it? Time flies by so fast. It feels like it was just yesterday we were holding the little man in our arms ohhing and awwing over him. Now, he is standing, trying to walk, and into everything! He is the light of our lives! There is never a dull moment and he always knows how to make mommy and daddy smile. He is eating some table foods and will try everything you are eating. He sits at the table and begs for food! We are still waiting for the first word and some dad gum teeth! He has been teething for ever, drool, chewing on anything, and pulling at his mouth; but still no teeth! These are some great pictures of Aaron with his rocking horse Mark's parents got him, and the hat aunt Olivia brought him from the Valley! Our friend Lee took these pictures and really captured Aaron's wonderful personality!

Aaron is a HAM!

Aaron has really started to show his personality! He loves to talk, smile, and get into anything he isn't supposed to. His favorite thing these days is to get into the entertainment center and pull out all the DVDs. He looks at us to make sure we are watching him and then smiles as he does it! Mark and I are having the time of our lives and we cannot wait until Aaron starts walking. He is cruising around all the furniture very well and will stand on his own, but no steps yet!

Aaron's First Christmas!!!

Well, unfortunatley for us, Mark had to work on Christmas Day this year; therefore, we had to do Christmas a little early! Aaron loved the paper and boxes the best!! Santa was very good to Aaron as well as mommy and daddy!

Family Christmas

After Grandaddy Don's Christmas, my sister, nephews, brother-in-law, step-mom, dad, and my mom and step-dad all came to our house to have dinner and open presents! Aaron enjoyed pushing presents around the room and tearing off all the bows. He gets bigger and smarter everyday!

Aaron may be a future drummer. He consistently drummed on this can until the top was covered in dents and his arm was tired.

Aaron's First Grandaddy Don Christmas!

Sunday, Dec. 21st, was our annual Christmas party at my grandfather's house, Grandaddy Don! Obviously, this being Aaron's first Christmas, it was very exciting! He had so much fun with all his cousins, and seeing all the family! It was very entertaining watching him keep up with all the big kids!

Aaron's First Yogurt Bath!

Olivia and I were making a fruit and yogurt parfait when we decided to let Aaron try the yogurt. He LOVED IT! He grabbed the big spoon out of my hand and was digging in the container! As you can see, he enjoyed getting it everywhere. He even started to clap with it in between his fingers!
