Me and My Buddy

Aaron enjoys staring in the mirror, but today, he was talking, kissing, and giving high fives to his friend in the mirror!! He stood there for a good 10 minutes talking to him and trying to get him to go to the living room with him. Enjoy the video, sorry it's so grainy!

Aaron Loves to Read

I guess being cooped up due to the weather, I am gettin some great pics of our little man. Aaron enjoys reading all the time. He will go to his room, pull all the books out and then sit and read forever. He will bring books to me and get in my lap and want to read and read and read! I am so glad he enjoys it! We read at least 4 books before bed every night!

On My Way to the NBA!

Well, I think we may have a future NBA all star on our hands! Aaron absolutely loves playing basketball in the bath! He will throw the balls in there over and over until bath time is over. Watch out Dirk!

Mowing with Daddy

As all of you know, our son loves to be outside~! On Friday, Mark was trying to get the yard cut before the rain, and Aaron HAD to be out there with him. So, we gave him his lawn mower that Olivia gave him for his birthday! He was a little afraid of the real mower, but that didn't stop him from pushing his all over the neighborhood!

Aaron's Second Easter

Aaron was old enough to really enjoy Easter this year. Unfortunately, like every other holiday, Daddy had to work so Aaron and I went over to Olivia's grandmother's house to have a fabulous dinner and Easter Egg Hunt! Aaron was great at finding the Easter eggs and opening them to see what was inside. Later in the hunt, Aaron bit the concrete and busted his face up. I am sorry, but I was freaked out by the fact that my son was bleeding for the first time and didn't get any pictures. He did survive though and did I mention he is the cutest boy in the world!~

Aaron's Playground

Our dear friends, the Lockharts, gave us this fabulous playground for Aaron. Their kids had played with it until they move to their new house and they were gracious enough to give it to us. Aaron adores it! He does not like to stop swinging or come inside for that matter.

Aaron's 1st Birthday Party

Ok, could it have been any colder! Unfortunately, it was only 45* outside and very windy, until the end of Aaron's party, so our plan to have everyone outside didn't go so great. Anyhow, I think the party went well. We are so blessed to have wonderful friends and family! Aaron had a great time and seemed to be a little overwhelmed with people, especially when he grabbed his burning candle!!! I think everyone had a great time and look for your thank you cards in the mail!
